Left Hand Artist Group's 2025 Label Show

Celebrate local artists, listen to local musicians, and drink local beer at the Left Hand Artist Group’s 2025 Label Show from 12 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, May 18, under the pavilion at Wibby Brewing.

The event, which began in 2013, is the biggest annual fundraiser for Left Hand Artist Group, a nonprofit founded the same year by Don Wilson. The group supports local artists by collaborating with area breweries and venues to display and sell their artwork. Captivating pieces hang on the walls of places like Left Hand Brewing Company, Butterscotch Studios, 300 Suns Brewing, and more. Interested buyers can simply scan the QR code next to the artwork, pay for the piece, and take it home.

At the Label Show, attendees will have the opportunity to browse dozens of works and place bids on them through a silent and live auction. (There’s also a “buy now” option if someone falls in love with a piece and has to have it.) All the art in the show must incorporate labels, whether from a local beer, wine, or other kind of beverage.

“It’s always fun to see what people come up with,” says Linda Cranston, the president of the organization. “You can purchase art at this event that you’d never see anywhere else because it’s made by local artists with this label theme in mind.”

In addition to local artwork, the Label Show will feature live music by Tim Merkel, Parchment Doll, and Los Cheesies, as well food and drink for sale from Wibby Brewing and food trucks.

The event is free to the public. Proceeds will benefit the Left Hand Artist Group and the Longmont Humane Society.

And for those who feel inspired, the organization accepts up to five pieces per artist for the show. The pieces can be two- or three-dimensional, any size, and any medium.
