I’ve been a full-time freelance commercial illustrator since 2008. Prior to that I was employed at both Hallmark (18 years) and American Greetings (6 years). Currently I work on just about any time of illustration that is not greeting card art- magazines, advertising, T-shirts, pet and people portraiture. I was a medical-electronics design engineer until about 20 years ago, when stumbling upon a long "chorus line" of pelicans inspired me to share my nature and (mostly local) landscape photos! Maybe you've already seen some that LHAG has very kindly exhibited? (Some appear also in FaceBook.com/martin.tobias.980) And also, you can view a small selection hanging in The Walnut Gallery at 364 Main St., in Longmont. But now I have an ArtStoreFronts "Print-on-Demand" website up and running, at www.JustBlinkAndItsGone.com (23 images on display so far; more on the way) So instead of compromising on an already-sized and ready-made picture that you've found hanging on a wall, now you can choose the perfect size (from small to very large) and the perfect print medium (paper, canvas, print-on-metal, framed or unframed, etc.) for that photo! And then have it custom-made, and drop-delivered right to your front-door!
