Label Show Set For Saturday, April 27, 2024

Wibby Brewing is our host. We will be in the Lager Lounge behind the taproom. Proceeds will benefit OUR Center and the Left Hand Artist Group. Live music by Ten Buck Sixer and Parchment Doll. Sound by Cheetah Sound. Richard Showers is our MC with Richard Matarese is auctioneer.

 

Admission to the event is free. Label art will be displayed and there will be a silent auction and live auction. We are requesting art made with beer (or other) labels or cans. 50% minimum donation on all art sold. Art can be dropped off the day of the event between noon-1:30 at the gate west of Wibby. Limit of 5 pieces per person. Every piece must have an entry sheet (PDF below) and be dry and ready to hang. Wired is preferred. We will also have tables for 3D pieces. Any unsold art should be picked up by 7:00 pm at the event, or other arrangements made. If your piece is selected for the live auction, the donation % you specified on your entry sheet will be honored. Food truck will be available. No outside alcohol or beverages of any kind. Water bottles are ok but must be empty upon entry.

Schedule:

11:00-Noon - Panels, tables, chairs setup

Noon-1:30 - Art drop-off (at west gate) and hanging

2:00 - Event and Silent/Buy Now Auction begins

2:00-3:30 - Parchment Doll 

3:30-4:30 - Live auction

4:30-6:00 - Tenbucksixer

6:00 - Silent/Buy Now Auction ends

7:00 - Art payment and pick-up ends

7:00-8:00 - Break down

 

This is our biggest event of the year and can't happen

without VOLUNTEERS. Thank you!
